Shipping Info

Orders are processed and shipped out within 4-7 business days. We do have items that will ship in 2-5 business days.

Some products may have a 4-7 business day shipping time. If you have other products with 2-5 business day shipping times in the same order, it will adhere to the 4-7 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 2 to 6 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.

HOPPS charges shipping by the total order weight. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

Shipping Restrictions

HOPPS does not ship to customers outside of the United States at this time.

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Returns Info


Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to refund you, provided the return is in accordance with our return policy.
  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
  • Lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
  • Please contact us here to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.



  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or refused. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows it was delivered.
  • If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
